Retail & marketplace readiness

Making it is half the job.Selling it is the other half.

A good supplement loses to a worse one every day, because the worse one has a better page. We help get your product ready to compete on the channels you sell through, and we are here to talk things through once it is live.

Open to any supplement brand, whoever makes your product. We do not manage your account, and we will not ask for access to it.

The readiness gap

Sometimes it is the product.More often it is the page.

Now and then what needs work is the product itself: a label that should be redrawn, wording on the pack that will not hold up, a formula worth refreshing. That is work we do. More often the product is sound and the page a shopper actually sees is what is losing, and four patterns account for most of it.
01Copy written for the founder, not the shopper

Bullets that describe the brand's mission instead of the dose, the count and what it is for. A shopper comparing three multivitamins on a phone decides in seconds, and seconds only reward specifics.

02Claims that put the listing at risk

Disease and drug language in a title or bullet is the fastest way to get a supplement suppressed. It is rarely deliberate. Usually it is a phrase carried over from a label or a website where nobody was checking. We flag it before a channel does.

03A gallery doing one job seven times

Seven image slots, four used, and three of them the same bottle on white. Every slot is a question a shopper would otherwise have to ask: what is in it, how do I take it, how big is it, why this one and not the cheaper one.

04A+ content left on the default tier

Standard A+ where Premium is available, or A+ modules filled with lifestyle photography and no comparison chart. The tier you are on decides how much of the page you control, and most brands are on the lower one by accident.

Free product page audit

Audit your website product page.See how ready it is to sell.

We read the page the way a shopper does: the title, the images, the product details and the claim language. You get a simple scorecard showing what is ready, what needs attention, and how the same page would hold up on each marketplace you sell through.

Takes about a minute. Nothing is saved, no login is needed, and you do not have to leave your details to see your score.

By running an audit you confirm that the page you are submitting is yours, or that you are authorised to submit it on behalf of the brand that owns it. What running this audit means

Terms for this audit

Who may submit a page. Submit only a product page that you own or operate, or one you have permission from the owner to submit. Please do not submit a competitor's page, or any page you are not entitled to act for. You are responsible for the address you enter and for having the right to enter it.

What the tool does. When you submit an address, our system makes a single automated request to it, the way a browser would, and reads the page as it is publicly served. It does not sign in, does not get past a password, paywall or staging lock, does not place an order, and does not submit anything on your page. It reads that one page and stops.

Public pages only. Submit only a page that is already publicly available. Please do not submit anything behind a login, or any page that carries personal, customer or confidential information.

It is information, not advice. The result is produced automatically by software. It is not legal, regulatory, medical or professional advice, and nothing in it creates a client or advisory relationship. Anything it says about FDA rules or marketplace requirements is general information about how those rules are commonly applied. Those rules change. Your listings, labels and claims remain your responsibility, and you should have them reviewed by your own counsel or regulatory advisor.

No guarantee. The audit is provided free and as is, with no warranty of any kind. We do not promise it is complete or accurate, and we do not promise that acting on it will get a product approved, listed, ranked, or kept on any channel. Each marketplace sets and enforces its own requirements at its own discretion.

Marketplace names. Amazon, Walmart, Target Plus, eBay and TikTok Shop are named only to describe whose published requirements a page was measured against. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or acting on behalf of any of them, and all trademarks belong to their owners.

What we keep. We record the address submitted, the result, and basic technical information such as the requesting IP address, so that we can run the tool, prevent misuse and improve it. We receive your name and contact details only if you choose to fill in the form afterwards. See our privacy policy.

Fair use. The audit is limited per visitor and per day. Please do not use it in an automated way, at volume, or to gather information about pages that are not yours. We may rate limit, refuse or withdraw access at any time.

Questions about any of this can go to sales@healthgenesis.com.

What we create

Assets built for the buy box.Every slot on the page, not just the hero shot.

A listing is a story told in a fixed order. The title, then the gallery, then the bullets, then the banners underneath. We build every piece of that run.

The thread through all of it

A better brand story, told in the order a shopper reads it

A listing is not a brochure. It gets read top to bottom in about fifteen seconds, and each piece has to hand over cleanly to the next. We write and build that whole run, from the first words of the title through the gallery to the last banner, so the brand sounds like one voice on your own site and on every marketplace you sell through.

Better Titles, Features & Descriptions

The title is one of the most important fields for both search visibility and conversion, so it should do more than simply name the product. It should clearly communicate the brand, primary search term, potency, format, and quantity while remaining natural and easy to read.

Each bullet should then build on the title by leading with a meaningful customer benefit, followed by the product detail that supports it. This creates a listing that answers the shopper’s key questions quickly, reinforces the product’s strongest differentiators, and naturally incorporates relevant search terms without keyword stuffing.

The description should take that same strategy further, giving shoppers more context around the product, its intended use, format, and key features while maintaining clear, compliant marketplace language.

We audit, advise and build. You decide what happens next.

Years inside these channels, handed to you as consulting: findings, a plan, and the assets to carry it out.

Listing and content audits

Where a page is losing the click and where it is losing the conversion, ranked by what moves the needle first.

Compliance readiness

Claim language in descriptions and bullets that puts a listing at risk, what the policy actually allows, and how to say it instead.

Brand registration and approvals

The path through brand registry, category gating and approval queues, and what each one wants to see before it opens.

Fulfilment planning

FBA and WFS versus your own shipping: which channel fulfils what, and what that choice does to your margin per unit.

Inventory planning

Cover, reorder timing and safety stock lined up against your production schedule, confirmed per order, so a ranking is not lost to a stockout.

Advertising strategy

Where spend should go once the page is genuinely ready to convert, and what to stop paying for until it is.

Deals, promos and coupons

Which mechanics are worth running in your category, at what discount, and when in the year they pay for themselves.

Formula refresh and range gaps

What to reformulate to stay competitive on the shelf, and which SKUs your category is asking for that you do not make yet.

How an engagement runs

Four steps, and you keep the files.

No retainer to start. You can stop after the audit and still be further ahead than you were.
  1. 01

    Audit

Paste your product page on this page, or send us the SKU list. You get a graded read of what the page is doing, what it is missing and where that is costing you.

  2. 02

    Consultation

A session with the people who would do the work, not a sales desk. We agree what to fix first, what can wait, and what is not worth doing at all.

  3. 03

    Build

Copy, gallery, A+ modules, renders and video produced to the channel's spec by the same team that already runs your packaging artwork.

  4. 04

    Handover

Everything delivered in source files for you to upload under your own account. We stay on call for the next round, the next channel or the next SKU.

Straight answers

The questionsbrands ask first.

If yours is not here, ask it on the call. We would rather say no early than sell you something that will not move.
Do you manage our marketplace account?

No. We audit, advise and build the assets. We do not take seller account access, we do not post on your behalf, and we will not ask you for credentials. You upload the work under your own account.

Do we have to manufacture with you?

No. This is open to any supplement brand, whoever makes your product. If we do manufacture for you we already know the formula, the label and the panel, so there is less for you to explain, but that is a head start rather than a requirement.

What costs what?

The page audit here is free, and you do not have to leave your details to see it. A quote for work you already know you need is free as well. Consultations are paid: that is time booked with our marketplace and creative specialists to work through your catalogue, your category and what to do next.

Can you guarantee a ranking or a sales lift?

No, and we would be wary of anyone who does. What we can do is remove the reasons a page underperforms: weak copy, a gallery that repeats itself, missing attributes, thin A+ content, and claims that risk a takedown.

Do you handle the compliance language for us?

We flag claim language in your descriptions and bullets that puts a listing at risk under marketplace policy and FDA advertising expectations, and show you compliant ways to say the same thing. We are not your regulatory counsel, and final responsibility for what you publish stays with you.

Who owns the artwork when it is done?

You do. Copy, images, renders, video and A+ modules are handed over in source files, including the working files, not just flattened exports.

How long does it take?

A single listing rebuild is usually two to three weeks from the consultation, depending on whether new renders or video are involved. A full catalogue is scoped on the call.

Can you help us decide what to make next?

Yes, and it is one of the more useful conversations to have. We look at where your category is going, what your range is missing, and which formulas are worth refreshing to stay competitive.

Next step

You already make a good product.Let's make the page match it.

Start with the free graded read of your product page, or go straight to a session with our marketplace and creative team. Neither one asks for access to your account.
