Quality
Quality you can verify,
batch after batch
Health Genesis Corporation manufactures in NSF-certified, FDA-registered facilities under cGMP. Every ingredient we buy is tested for identity, purity, strength and composition, and every step of production is inspected by our own quality team.

Certifications
Tested in our own lab. Confirmed independently.
Our in-house laboratory and quality team test material as it arrives and as it is made, and we send work to accredited third-party laboratories as a second, independent check. Our certifications sit on top of that. They are held, inspected and renewed by outside certifying bodies and federal regulators, so the standard we work to is verified by more than one set of eyes.
NSF GMP Certified
Certified to NSF/ANSI 455-2, the independent Good Manufacturing Practice standard written specifically for dietary supplements. Renewal requires an unannounced facility audit.
FDA Registered & Inspected
A registered food facility, inspected by the FDA and operated in compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practice under 21 CFR Part 111.
USDA Organic
Approved to manufacture and handle certified organic products under the USDA National Organic Program, with the audit trail to prove every organic input.
CCOF Certified Organic
Certified by CCOF, one of the oldest and most respected organic certifiers in the United States, and accredited by the USDA.
FDA Food Facility Registration

Verifiable on request, along with current certificates for every credential listed above.
The quality chain
Four places a bad batch
gets stopped
Quality is not a final inspection. It is a chain of controls that starts before we buy an ingredient and does not end until the finished product is cleared to ship.
Suppliers are qualified before we buy
We vet a supplier before a single kilogram enters the building: documentation, specifications, manufacturing practices and history. An ingredient from an unqualified source does not get purchased, no matter what it costs or how fast it can arrive.
Incoming material is tested against its specification
Material is tested on arrival for identity, purity, strength and composition, by lot and by sample against the specification it was bought to. Where a project calls for every ingredient to be tested, or a client asks for it, we test every ingredient. Material that fails is quarantined and rejected; it never reaches a blend.
Our quality team inspects every step
Weighing, blending, forming the dose, filling, capping, labeling and packing are each checked in process by our own quality staff, with the batch record signed as the work happens rather than reconstructed afterward.
Nothing ships until it is released
Finished product passes a final quality inspection, and the label is checked against the formula it is going on: Supplement Facts, ingredient declaration, required statements, warnings and claim wording. We raise anything that looks like a problem before it prints. What the finished product and its label finally say is the responsibility of the company whose name is on the bottle, and we are not a substitute for your own regulatory advisor.
Testing
Four checks every ingredient
has to pass
Raw materials arrive with a supplier's paperwork. That paperwork is a claim, not a result. Laboratory analysis is what turns it into a fact.
- Rigorous scientific laboratory analysis, screening and testing on incoming raw materials
- A certificate of analysis furnished with every bulk order
- Climate-controlled storage that protects freshness and stability
- Safe, food-grade materials meeting or exceeding nutraceutical and food-grade requirements
- Full documentation and traceability from receipt through finished goods
Identity
Confirming the material is what the supplier says it is, analytically, before it can be used.
Purity
Screening for contaminants and adulterants against the limits set in the material's specification.
Strength
Measuring the active at the potency the formula and the label depend on.
Composition
Verifying the material is made up of what it should be, in the right proportions, with nothing unexpected.
What we hold ourselves to
Quality, integrity and accountability
Three words on a wall are easy. These are the ones our team is measured against, and they are why clients stay with us for years rather than projects.
01
Quality
The standard does not move with the order size, the deadline or the margin. The same specifications, the same testing and the same inspections apply to a first production run and to a repeat order of a million units.
02
Integrity
We tell clients what a formula can and cannot do, what a claim is allowed to say, and when a material is not right. A manufacturer that only ever agrees with you is not protecting your brand.
03
Accountability
Every batch is documented and traceable, and there is a real person on our side who owns your project. Our office hours are Monday to Friday, and outside them our voicemail is monitored every day of the year, so an urgent problem reaches a person rather than a queue.
