You made it.
We'll finish it.

Send us your capsules, tablets, powders or packaging components and we assemble, fill, label and pack the finished product in our FDA-registered, NSF-certified facility in South Florida.

Your formula stays yours.
Only the work moves.

Co-packing, or toll manufacturing, is the part of the job that eats a small team alive: counting, filling, sealing, labeling, lot coding, case packing. It needs equipment, floor space and people who do it every day, and almost none of it adds anything to the product itself.

So send it to us. You keep the formula, the supplier relationships and the brand. We supply the line, the quality checks and the documentation, and you get finished, saleable goods back.

Two ways to work with us

Bring everything,
or bring what you have.

Both start the same way: a conversation about what you already have on hand and what still needs sourcing.

Option one

You send the materials

Ship us your capsules, tablets, softgels, powders or packaging components and we assemble the final product to your specification. Nothing about your formula or your supplier relationships changes. We supply the line, the labor and the checks.

Option two

We source what is missing

Short a bottle, a closure, a desiccant or a raw material? We supply selected raw and packaging materials from our qualified suppliers, so the finished product still lands exactly where your specification says it should.

What we handle

Everything between bulk
and a saleable unit.

Six steps stand between a drum of finished product and something a retailer will put on a shelf. We run all of them under one roof.

01

Filling and counting

Capsules, tablets and softgels counted to your count per bottle; powders and liquids filled to your declared net weight or volume. Fill weights are verified in process rather than assumed at the end of the run.

02

Capping, induction sealing and tamper evidence

Closures torqued to spec, induction seals applied and checked, desiccants and cotton inserted where the product calls for it. The seal is the first thing a customer judges, so it is checked as a quality point, not a finishing touch.

03

Labeling and lot coding

Front, back and wrap labels applied straight and consistently, with lot numbers and expiration dates coded so every unit can be traced back to the run that produced it.

04

Bottles, jars, pouches and blisters

Different formats suit different products and different channels. We pack into the container your product actually needs, including sample and trial sizes alongside a full-size line.

05

Kitting and final assembly

Bundles, multi-packs, starter kits, inserts, scoops, shrink and outer cartons. If the finished unit is more than one piece, assembly is part of the job rather than something you do again at your own warehouse.

06

Case pack, palletizing and release

Cases packed to your retailer's requirements, palletized, labeled and released with the paperwork the shipment needs, including export documentation when the order is headed overseas.

Quality

Your name is on it.
So we treat it that way.

Co-packing is still manufacturing. The same standards, records and controls apply whether the formula originated here or arrived on a pallet.

  • FDA-registered, GMP-certified manufacturing
  • NSF-certified facility in South Florida
  • Incoming material identity and condition checks
  • In-process fill weight, seal and label verification
  • Lot traceability from incoming pallet to finished case
  • Batch records and certificates of analysis on release
  • Prop 65 and label compliance review before print

Getting started

What to have ready
before you call us.

None of this has to be perfect. It just makes the first conversation a short one instead of a long one.

01

What the product is

Format, dose, count per unit and whether the bulk product already exists or still needs to be made. A specification sheet is ideal; a clear description is enough to start.

02

What you already have

Bulk product, bottles, closures, labels, cartons and inserts, and roughly how much of each. Whatever is missing, we can quote from our qualified suppliers.

03

Where it is going

Retail, direct to consumer, a marketplace or an export market. Case pack, labeling and documentation all follow from the answer, so it is worth settling early.

Questions

Before you ask us anything else.

What is the difference between co-packing and toll manufacturing?

In practice they overlap, and we do both. Toll manufacturing usually means we process materials you supply into a finished form. Co-packing usually means we take finished or bulk product and package it into saleable units. Most projects are some of each, which is why they live on the same page.

Do you need our formula?

Not for co-packing. If you are sending finished capsules, tablets, softgels or powders, we need the specification for handling and labeling, not the formulation itself. If you would like us to manufacture the product as well, our contract manufacturing and private label services cover that.

Can you supply some of the materials?

Yes. We can provide selected raw and packaging materials from our qualified suppliers so the finished product meets your specification precisely. Many clients send bulk product and let us source bottles, closures and labels.

What packaging formats can you run?

Bottles and jars, pouches, blisters, sachets and multi-unit kits, in sizes from trial packs to full retail units. Tell us the format your channel expects and we will tell you what it takes to run it.

Will we get documentation with the finished goods?

Yes. Batch records, lot traceability and certificates of analysis accompany release, along with export documentation when the order is shipping internationally.

Can you handle our labels, or do we send them?

Either. Send finished labels and we apply them, or work with our in-house creative team on artwork, dielines and compliance review before anything goes to print.
