Contract supplement manufacturing

Your formula.Our lines.

Ingredient sourcing, production, quality testing and compliance, handled in our FDA-registered cGMP facilities in South Florida, so the only thing you have to think about is the brand. Our own equipment · Our own quality team · 25+ years, family-owned

State of the art contract supplement manufacturing services

You bring the formula, or the idea of one, and we take it the rest of the way in South Florida. Our tableting, encapsulation, blending and liquid lines let a product scale from a first trial batch to full production without the formula drifting on the way, and the same team runs the first sample and the tenth reorder.

Custom Formulations

We build the formula around the claim you want to make, the ingredients you want to stand behind and the cost you need to hit.

cGMP & FDA Compliant

FDA-registered facility, cGMP compliant, with batch documentation for every run.

Family-Owned, Real Manufacturer

Twenty-five years in, still run by the family that started it, on our own lines in South Florida.

Come visit us

A genuine manufacturer,not a middleman.

We own the equipment, employ the quality team and run the lines ourselves. That is why we can say yes to the question most suppliers avoid: our clients are invited to visit our facilities in South Florida at any time and watch their product being made. Want to see our current certificates? Curious how we source and test each ingredient, or how a formula stays consistent from the first batch to the tenth? Just ask. The more we communicate, the better the product we build together.

Before it scales

Flavor

Powders, gummies, chewables and liquids are judged on taste before anything else, and taste is the one thing nobody can settle from a spec sheet. Flavor systems (masking, sweetener system, mouthfeel and color) are developed in house and sent to you as samples until one of them is right. Expect more than one round.
Labels and components

Labeling

Labels are applied on the same line that fills the bottle, and before the run starts we check the printed label against your approved proof: facts panel, claims, barcode, lot and expiration. Printed labels, specialty closures and less common pack formats come from a short list of suppliers we qualify the same way we qualify an ingredient, so you get the full range without inheriting a supply chain nobody has vetted. Label and packaging design, in house
Then the package Bottles, jars, pouches, sticks and cartons. The container is part of the formulation decision, not an afterthought to it. Barrier properties, closure type, fill weight and coding all get settled before artwork is approved.

How a run happens

From the first conversationto pallets on a truck.

Contract manufacturing is not one service. It is a sequence, and a product only turns out right when every stage in it is done in order and nothing is skipped to make a date. Pick a phase to see what happens in it.
Scope, protection and price settled in writing, so nothing downstream is a surprise.
Inquiry and fit reviewWhat you are making, for whom, at what volume. We say early if a format or a minimum is a poor fit rather than discovering it at the quote.
ConfidentialityA mutual NDA before formulas, supplier lists or margins are discussed. Your formula stays yours throughout.
Quote and spec lockCosted by format, batch size and pack. The bill of materials and the finished-product specification are approved before a line is booked.
Order and schedulingPurchase order in, line time reserved, long-lead materials ordered against a date you can plan a launch around.
The longest phase, and the one that decides whether the product holds up on a shelf. Custom work is the majority of what we run: a formula gets built around the claim you want to make and the ingredients you want to stand behind, not inherited from a template.
FormulationActives, doses, excipients and delivery format. Built from a brief, transferred from your own formula, or matched to something already on the market.
Flavor and textureMasking, sweetener system, mouthfeel and color, developed in house and sent to you as samples until one of them is right. Expect more than one round.
Regulatory reviewIngredient legality, claim wording, allergens and panel math checked against 21 CFR before the copy goes anywhere near a printer.
Bench samplesLab-scale batches in your hands to taste, smell and look at. Revised and resent until you sign off on one.
Stability testingAccelerated and real-time, in the pack it will ship in, because a formula that assays correctly on day one is not yet a shelf life.
Master formulaThe approved version written into a master batch record, so the tenth run is the same product as the first.
Nothing enters a blend until it has been identified, tested and released by our own QC.
Supplier qualificationIngredients bought from an approved list, with audit history and certificates of analysis on file for every lot.
Receipt and quarantineIncoming material is held, not shelved. It cannot be picked for a batch while it is still in quarantine.
Identity and purity testingIdentity confirmed and screened for heavy metals and microbials before release. A supplier’s paperwork is a claim, not a result.
Packaging componentsBottles, closures, films, jars and shippers specified and fit-checked against the product, not ordered on assumption.
Artwork and proofsDielines, supplement facts panel, barcode and lot and expiry fields laid out, proofed and signed off before print.
StagingReleased material and approved components weighed, kitted and staged to the line against the batch record.
Blending through carton, on our own equipment, under our own roof in South Florida.
First-article runEquipment settings proved at production scale and checked against the spec before the full quantity is committed.
ManufacturingBlending, granulation, encapsulation, compression, depositing or filling, depending on the form the product takes.
In-process checksBlend uniformity, weight and fill, hardness, disintegration, moisture and metal detection, recorded as the batch moves, not after it.
Fill, seal and labelFilled, capped, induction sealed, labeled or sleeved, and lot and date coded on the same line.
Carton and kitCartoned, bundled, kitted and palletized to whatever the destination channel requires.
Line clearanceThe line is cleared and documented between products, which is how one run stays out of the next one.
A batch is not finished when it is packed. It is finished when QA releases it.
Finished-product testingPotency, identity, microbials and heavy metals on the finished unit, not only on what went into it.
QA review and releaseThe executed batch record is reviewed line by line and signed. Nothing ships on a record with an open question in it.
DocumentationA certificate of analysis for your batch, with the manufacturing record and any deviation file kept on file here, run after run.
Storage and shippingHeld in our warehouse and shipped to you, to a third-party logistics provider, to marketplace fulfillment centers or to a retail distribution center.
ReordersThe second run starts at the master formula, not at the beginning. Forecast, book, repeat.
Revisions and line extensionsDose changes, new flavors, a second pack size or a sister product, developed against a formula we already know.
