Peppermint’s brisk, uplifting aroma has been enjoyed for centuries, in both aromatherpeutic and culinary applications. Peppermint can be invigorating and rejuvenating, and can also be taken internally when properly diluted. HG Peppermint Oil is 100% pure, and steam distilled from fresh peppermint leaves.
Suggested Use: For aromatherapy use. For all other uses, carefully dilute with a carrier oil such as jojoba, grapeseed, olive, or almond oil prior to use. Please consult an essential oil book or other professional reference source for suggested dilution ratios.
