Suggested Usage: As a dietary supplement, take 2 tablets 1 to 2 times daily with food, for the first 30 days. After 30 days, take 1 tablet daily with food, as a maintenance dose.
Other Ingredients: Cellulose, Calcium Carbonate, Croscarmellose Sodium, Stearic Acid (vegetable source), Silica, Magnesium Stearate (vegetable source) and Vegetable Coating. Contains soy derivative.
Contains no: sugar, salt, yeast, wheat, gluten, milk, egg, shellfish or preservatives.
